.....but I love it. What an amazing addition to this game. Always hated how you could walk around naked on these mountains. Well done.

The great thing about Frostfall, for me, is that it make the environment come alive. Skyrim is no longer some kind of static backdrop I run though without thinking. With Frostfall I pay attention to everything around me.

Getting wet or cold from swimming, or from snowfall and rainfall, has dire consequences. I'm on the lookout for braziers, campfires, overhangs to stand under, buildings to go inside. I'm on the lookout for books to burn for heat, wood to chop for campfires. I'm timing my trips across country, planning ahead for my shelter needs. This landscape is no longer just a decoration. It feels alive and potentially dangerous.

I love any mod that makes the environment feel more interactive and Frostfall certainly does that. It's great.

It's just such an amazing mod for such a simple concept.

I'd recommend combining it with Hunterborn and doing some hunting. Great fun.

Yes, you should be fine :) but the latest version requires Dawnguard and Dragonborn. The older versions however do not.

Frostfall is a musthave mod for me, as well. The only things I change about it are the interface (I hate those meters, so I turn them off and keep all status changes to the short messages at the top of the screen), and the rate of exposure. The 1.0 Rate is way to fast. I drop it down to about a 3rd, which leaves me very cold if I go from Whiterun straight to Winterhold. If I take any detours I can become freezing very quickly.

This and Primary Needs are all I need for gameworld immersion.
