Character greetings messed up

Hi, could you please help me with a problem? For some reasons the characters in Seyda Neen that are responsible for the quests in mods "Siege of Firemoth" and "Booty island" don't give me the right greetings that activate the quests. For example, Sellus Gravius just asks me how is it going with Caius Cosades instead of saying he wants to send me to Firemoth. Socuccius Ergalla is supposed to send me on a mission to infiltrate the pirates, but is asking about the murder of Processus Vitellius instead, even though I finished the quest long ago.

How can I modify the greetings in the Construction Set in such a way that the quest greetings are given absolute priority but are only said once to my character? I have read several guides for the construction set, but am still unable to even change the numbers of the different greetings. When I select Socuccius Ergalla and enter his greetings section to modify anything, it keeps saying "you can't do this while dialogues are being filtered".

Please help; even though there is a rough solution: simply adding the topics "Firemoth" and "pirates" through console to the quest givers, I would still prefer to know how to make the things to run more smoothly, since there may be other similar problems in the future, while I progress in the game, and adding everything manually for each separate quest is annoying.

It sounds like a conflict with LGNPC Seyda Neen. We add new greetings to both Sellus Gravius and Socuccius Ergalla. The problem with the former is his official greetings are placed very high (Greeting 1) and our new greetings are not filtered to appear once. It was a risky approach on our part and ill-judged. We will remedy the matter in our next update of Seyda Neen.

I am puzzled that you are not getting the appropriate greeting from Socuccius Ergalla to trigger Booty Island, unless you have not satisfied the conditions for that greeting. His new LGNPC greetings are entered well below the greetings added by Booty Island. However the response you are getting sounds like one of ours. You can check to see if you have the correct journal entry to hear his greeting. Open the console and type:

GetJournalIndex "Zi_Pirates_0"

It must return a value of 10 before the greeting becomes available. If it has a value of zero then you have not met the messenger that instructs you to speak with Socuccius Ergalla.

In the case of Siege at Firemoth, you could temporarily unplug our mod until you have completed Sellus Gravius' quest. However if you are determined to make changes to that mod you will find Sellus Gravius' new greetings very near the bottom of Greeting 1. As you discovered you cannot create new entries while dialogue is filtered, so you need to highlight the text in one of his two new greetings and copy it (Ctrl C) – do not duplicate the entire entry. Create a new entry (right click, select 'new') at the top of Greeting 1. Paste the copied text (Ctrl V) and then apply the same filtering as for the original entry. Repeat the process for the second new greeting.
