I know you need to talk to a inn keeper in morthal about fallion and he will cure you at a ritual with a soul gem but the problem is i went on a killing spree and no more inn keeper to talk to is there anything that can be done?

He's supposed to be essential, so you probably used the console or something similar?

In any case, I think you can still cure yourself if you do the Companions' quests and become a werewolf and cure yourself from that.

Falion is an essential npc so you shouldn't be able to kill him. What format do you play on?

Being a Vampire does get old after a while. I think I have the most fun when I'm with the companions and a werewolf at that. Being undead isn't all its cracked up to be in Skyrim.

nah its really not, no way enough perks and it makes you so weak during the day

You can speak to any innkeeper. Talen-Jei in Riften is essential forever, and he'll give you the quest by asking about rumors if he's the bartender, which he will be if you've killed Keerava.

Simple go to inkeeper in morthal and and ask about vampire cure and then go to falions House in morthal

I went straight to Falion's house to cure myself. His door is locked until late afternoon.

just like princeshroob said you can speak to any innkeaper of any town or city and ask about rumors they will direct you to falion. if you have killed every town or cities NPC except the essential ones then you can go to nightgate inn remote place and ask the innkeaper there
