Night time lock up mod, where is it?

I cant find the "Night Time Lock Up" Mod anywhere.

can someone set it up for me?

Did you look on http://mw.modhistory.com/index.php? I think the mod you want is "Night-time door locks" but searching for mods with lock in the title should do it.
