This is f'n annoying. I came back to my game after a hiatus from playing to find that I am getting absolutely zero in-game background music/soundtracks, including at the main menu screen. I dunno if it's because I'm on Windows 8.1 (I think I was playing on a Windows 7 dual boot partition before, but the hard drive that was on crashed so I'm using W8.1 at the moment), or a codec issue, or wtf I have no clue...

I've tried just about every possible suggestion Google can offer me relating to the issue (what little there is) like re-installing K-lite, reinstalling sound drivers, verified game cache, ect. blah blah ect., but nothing is working.

I'm playing the Tale of Two Wastelands mod, but it doesn't matter if I run the game modded or completely un-modded/vanilla there is still no music.

Someone please help!?
