I have the blessing of the steed stone and just noticed after picking up some elven light armor that it wasnt counting towards my encumberance,however elven light helmets do count and so does the imperial light armor i had on...is this operating right?

well according to the wiki theres a bug that affects the armor you are wearing and armor of the same type not weighing anything...whew,thought i messed my game up.
