I have completed the game with a full archive but have yet to unlock this weapon. I know the weapon is detailed in the model viewer so it must be unlockable somehow. I already have the burst pistol, brass knuckles, machine gun, rocket launcher and high penetration rifle and have Been looking on how this last weapon unlocks for the past month. Has anyone had any luck with this? Is this maybe a bug that doesn't unlock?
