Troubleshooting Frequent CTDs : V

I've been doing a lot of modding to Skyrim recently and I'm having a (not too surprising) issue of frequent CTDs. I have the 4gb patch, and I'm running Realvision ENB. I've used LOOT to sort my mod list and have a merged patch running at the end of my load list and removed any mods that seemed to be a problem, but I'm still plagued by frequent, yet seemingly random CTDs. Sometimes it happens within the first few minutes of play and sometimes it will be fine for hours. It can happen when going into a menu, quicksaving, talking to someone or just doing nothing at all and it's driving me crazy! It does seem to be more frequent outside than indoors, however. Can someone take a look at my load order and tell me if there's any known trouble mod or conflict that would be causing all of my grief? It's as follows:

Edit: I would post my papyrus log, but it seems to have bloated to well over a gb. After doing some reading this is probably from installing and uninstalling several mods over the course of playing. The biggest offender seems to be uninstalling imps more complex needs, as my logs were just a few kb beforehand. Is there any way to save my save or am will I have to start a new game? (I would really rather not if I can avoid it).

is this your game's load order or just list of mods you are running ?? secondly removing any mod is not supported by the game especially mods that have scripts as everything is saved inside your save files and it can damage your save which it has by the looks of it ( in the way you are describing ). Things you can try some that may help to repair your save files to some extent :
1. download http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/? mod and try to clean your save.
Note : keep a backup of your save files and read the description carefully first before attempting to clean your save files

2. IF you are using skse you can try this make skse.ini file inside data->skse folder ( if there is none make it ) and copy paste this
[General]

ClearInvalidRegistrations=1
let the game run for a while it may take some time this ini tweak will try to remove any onupdate events from your save file. try these 2 things first

What is the 4GB patch?

Hiopefully you arent uninstalling mods midgame as that is generally a bad idea. You shouldn't need a 4GB patch at all with Skyrim.

Are you using alot of texture overhauls? What I might start with anyway is disabling enb and texture overhauls and see if it gets better.

4 gb patch is no longer need, as, as of patch 1.2 or so, the exe natively already is Large Address Aware. If you actually patched the exe, delete it, and then have steam re-verify your files. (it will fetch you a new copy of the exe.)

(normally, 32 bit apps, like skyrim, are limited to approximately 2gb of ram usage, fill that up, the game chokes and dies. The LAA, or, 4gb patch, lets the game use more RAM, before it chokes and dies.... up to about 3.2gb)
