Help! I have managed to get the Jarl out on the dragonsreach balcony and am using call dragon shout to summon Odahviig but he isn't coming. This is frustrating because I do want to complete the main quest line. The dragon just does not show up. I don't know how to alert Bethesda to this and it's getting on my nerves. Has anyone found a solution?

Are you using the right Shout ??? (Call Dragon)

If you use the wrong shout, your shout will not regenerate. Just reload your last save point and you should be fine.

Are you shouting from the right place ??? Try moving around, going to the edge of the balcony, etc.

Is the quest activated ???

The shout button must be pressed for a slightly longer time than previous shouts required, to get the name of the dragon out and actually cause him to appear. !!!
