Again, it's THE LITTLE THINGS like that that always amaze me.
That's awesome! I remember only just recent finding Babette standing over a corpse in the wilderness after finishing the Dark Brotherhood questline. Apparently this was added by Dawnguard, but I was so surprised to see her way up on the coast north of Solitude.
Having the Morag Tong sent after me for being a part of the DB on Solstheim was also a nice touch.
There always seem to be locations where I get attacked by people named for their race.
Like near Dayspring Canyon, and along the Southwest coast of Solstheim
^ Yeah, there's usually those NPC's that sell you some Skooma if you want. Or you can question the legality of it, which will lead to a fight (you can always yield though). But in my recent game it happened to me two times in the first couple hours that an Orc would run up to me in the wilderness and attack me with his/her bare fists (one was male, the other one female) without me doing anything, and when he/she as dead, they'd have the same stuff in their inventories that those Skooma-sellers have. Never had this happen before, and I also couldn't find it on uesp's page about random encounters.
Another thing I remember is, that I actually encountered M'aiq the first time with me 5th character or so haha. But ever since then, I've seen him with all of my (newer) characters at least once so far.
It's the little things that make a gameworld feel alive. How much, depends on how much crazy the developer team is.
