when I clean battlehorn castle from ITM and UDR, Tesedit will say ' could not delete battlehorncastle.esp ' . Does anyone know the why?

And it doesn't get cleaned. Also it seems 2 navmesh do not get cleaned. Suggetsions? Inside the tescleaning guide it is said that it should remove 74, but I'm able to remove only 72 with tesedit 3.0.33
