So I finally solved my stuttering issue with BMS. I simply disabled Battle Music and removed all tracks from the battle folder sans dummy.mp3, now however I get consistent crashing after 10 minutes. I tried everything people have mentioned such as disabling all my codecs, running as administrator, exporting all tracks at 192 bitrate, starting a new game, and this problem still persists even with these measures.

This is such a great mod and as a musicophile I can't play Oblivion without it. Anyone who has gotten it to work please tell me what you did. Thanks.
