I am using the Fortify Restoration trick on alchemy to get a high PickPocket enchanted ring. 241,000 was so high it didn't register and I actually get better chances without it on. 16,000 was also too high. Anyone know what the magic number is?

EDit: I am on ps3, and it appears that even 28% better pickpocket has the reverse effect. Hmmmmmmmmm........
