Okay, so, I'm really disgusted by the terrible quality of these DLCs. I enjoyed them from an in-world perspective, but I've just encountered so much terrible quality developing it's really pissing me off. I was able to tolerate minor problems like the wife walking backwards, I begrudgingly forgave the stupid ash piles Serana was leaving and wouldn't despawn (Seriously, Bethesda. Stop using ash pile effects on NPCs if you don't know how to make them despawn properly, this has been going on since Fallout 3). NOW I can't complete that 'Lost to the Ages' Dwemer quest the Dawnguard DLC adds because this piece in the one Dwemer ruin won't spawn because I'd explored this place earlier in my game and I've jumped in largely blind since I have yet to play the DLCs. I know it sounds really bashing, but I'm just very pissed because these DLCs in terms of in-world experience are interesting, but the developing is so freaking shoddy it's causing me so much grief. Can anyone list some huge DLC breaking bugs for me so that my new save file I have to make can avoid these big problems? I should have looked up a list but I didn't expect this Legendary Edition to be gum and paperclips holding it together and I don't want to encounter anymore grief inducing bugs like this again without back up plans in place. Like I said, I enjoy the content that's here, but the technical problems are so bad and glaring, it's hard to actually enjoy the products themselves, which is really disappointing because I was looking forward to playing these DLCs. :/
(For the record, I'm on PS3, so sadly I can't just use console commands or I would have because I would long have done so by now.)
