Getting rid of master file dependencies

Hi guys,

I've created my first ever mod- a simple house and cellar filled with vamps and a little backstory. The cellar contains a torture chamber and I needed to make it more torture-like so I loaded up 'Dread Prison' and took a few items from there (a rack with a skeleton on and an executioners hood). However, I did not realise Dread Prison was a master file, so now my esp. is dependent on Dread Prison- not ideal for when I upload it to Nexus or Steam :( Is there any way to reverse this without starting from scratch? Perhaps I could remove any items from DP?
