Is there anyway to get the CS if I bought the Steam version?

I looked around but couldn't find an answer

The Construction Set isn't available on the retail DVD as far as I know. I is however available for free download from the Elder Scrolls webpage. http://elderscrolls.com/downloads/updates_utilities.htm
