I just got fallout new Vegas ultimate edition I just got out of primm I love this game:-)

congratulations, word of advice, get 75 lockpicking and save any comments on the game until you've finished a complete playthrough, lest the skyrim fans come to destroy the game for you.

Have fun, don't spoil it by checking guides/the wiki. Just play and see what happens. Not just in the game but to you.

I loved New Vegas too. Another word of advice. My system would crash...a lot...when doing the Old World Blues DLC. If you've got it, save often when you go there.

save often is a good idea in any bethesda game, although after all the patches fnv is...mostly stable. Fallout new vegas is probably one of my favorite games of all time, i like how the story isn't a "save the world" epic types, and all the options in the game really make it re playable
