There is a tremendous amount of dialogues and conversations that you have in this game.

Does the game store your conversations in a journal, or is there anyway to refer back to it within the game?

If not, i might have to take notes in a real notebook.

The actual dialogue is not recorded in your journal. It's more like a summary of what happened: "I witnessed Emperor Uriel Septim's assassination. Before he died, the emperor gave me the Amulet of Kings. He told me to take it to someone named Jauffre, and that Jauffre would know how to find his last surviving son."

I'm not aware of a website that contains the dialogue. As far as I know, if you want a permanent record of it you'll have to write it down, if you play on a console, or you can look the dialogue up in the Construction Set, if you're on PC.
