Talon Mercs are pissing me off. They always hit me when I am encumbered! So I can not avoid that grenade throw or run for cover. Every fight (about 6 so far) has been a matter of stand there, shoot as fast as possible, and down Stims. They are the number one reason my stim use is so high

Any good advice or strategies (other then "don't carry so much!")?

Memorize where they spawn and don't travel near those places.

Go Mad Dog on a town and slaughter everyone. Lower your karma.

Drop your stuff and run. If you live, run back and pick it up later. I've done this many times myself.

Maintain Neutral karma and you never have to deal with Talon mercs or Regulators.

Oh, and what Pseron said. I never allow myself to play over encumbered. I'll leave stuff behind first.
