Okay, so I recently acquired all of the items needed to make a daedric sword in the atronach forge, This is the recipe I used:

-Sigil Stone on Pedestal

- Daedra Heart

- Centurian Dynamo Core

- Ebony Sword

- Filled Black Soul Gem

The other recipe i tried was:

-Sigil Stone on Pedestal

- Daedra Heart

- Centurian Dynamo Core

- Silver Sword

- Filled Black Soul Gem

I have tried pulling the handle multiple times and it will not summon the daedric sword i need.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem???

P.S. I play on PS3

I only ask because you didn't specifically state it, but did you put all of the ingredients in the box? or did you keep them in your inventory when you hit the switch? You have to put them in the box.

Also, if you use a black soul gem that you filled yourself, it most likely won't work due to a bug with soul gems. Whenever you drop or store gem you filled yourself, it loses it soul and thus is no longer a viable gem for the recipe. Since you're on ps3, idk what you can really do unless you find an already filled black soul gem.

Have you tried using the random enchanted weapon recipe?

Have you tried it with an empty Black Soul Gem ? Only enchanted items from the Forge require a filled one.

You have the right recipe except the gem needs to be empty. If you have been experimenting with the forge it maybe stuck. Try making something you know works.
