Ok, if you played he Tomb Raider game, you know who I'm talking about. Conrad Roth, the only character I actually liked AND (literally) cried when he died. I like him so much, I want to put him in Fallout New Vegas. Lore is pretty easy:

Conrad Roth was escivating a ruin till he discovered a alien devise. Upon closer inspection, it transports him to the world of Fallout. Surprised and wanting to get back home before his old age gets the better of him, he begins Courier work until he finds a way to get back home. *Fast forward till time to pick side for Hoover dam. When Roth finds House, he thinks he's the ticket out, but soon learns of how cruel he is. He kills off House. He disliked the Legion for obviuse reasons. He tried NCR, but something about them rubbed him the wrong way. So he wen his own path, and with help from the BoS, the Followers, and many more holes to get back to his friends and family.

That's it basically, just need help with armor choices. NOTHING from NCR, except their casual clothes that rangers wear (like Ghost's armor). As for guns, I'd use a 9mm Pistol until I go to Honest Hearts and get the "Light in Shining Darkness".
