(You can easily see what the problem is by zooming into the northern islands. I was lucky while taking this picture. Most of the time it's even worse.)
This only happens when looking in great distances.
I have no performance issues, and never hit anything lower than 40fps. Distand land quality is Ultra. Detailed fade didn't make a difference.

I have ENB v0113 with RealLike ENB. (normal nights and no DoF)
(I don't know if this might be the cause, but I'm using crossfire)
