If I get arrested and my stolen goods get confiscated, I still lose items which I haven't stole but are the same as ones I have done. I thought this bug was long fixed by unnofficial patches? (Which I use)

It's an issue that can't be fixed in the construction set. I think it was fixed by the Morrowind Code Patch, however.
