This hasn't been an issue until I started the "Breaching Security" quest and had to plant the "Incriminating Letter" on Gaius Maro. When I go to pickpocket him and move my mouse over the letter, I can see "R" next to "Give", but when I press R it simply exits the menu, but doesn't give him the letter.

Once I kill him, I search the corpose and select the letter again, but this time it just says "Store" next to R. When I press it, the menu exits and the item remains in my inventory. I am running version 1.9:32.0.8 through steam.

Is there a fix or workaround for this?
