I am looking to do a new playthrough but am thinking of doing a clean install and adding some more mods. I have the STEP guide but there is alot to sift through there so hopefully I can get some more direct suggestions here.

What I would like primarily is game enhancing mods and immersion, graphical mods are also welcome. I know there are mods like Falskar which I may try but not looking for anything huge. If something exists like Morrowind Comes Alive (randomized NPCs in towns and on roads) that would be great. I do also want to keep the feel of the game so please no anime or out of place things.

In addition I did try RealENB and some performance tweaks for it but it did not seem to play nicely in my game and was no a smooth experience. I do have a 2GB GTX 680 and 24GB of RAM so I am unsure why it had such a problem. I do use SKSE as well.

I do not have interest in Frostfall as that just seems like it might make the game a bit more frustrating for me. Then again if it does feature easy removal I may give it a go but does not seem appealing at this time.
