How would I alter this mod?

Allows you to recruit any NPC if their disposition is 100. I'm a little tired of having to 'moddisposition 100' each time so how would I lower the disposition requirement?

Open mod, open "Dialogue", find "follow me" topic, change first answer condition Disp from 100 to 70 or whatever you need.
