1.Which edition of Fallout New Vegas (for PC) should I get in order to get all the DLC and official content for the game? (I am in Australia if that makes a difference) Should I wait for a Steam sale and pick it up cheap?

2.My system can handle Oblivion just fine with no slowdowns (now that I replaced my busted graphics card with a new GeForce GTX 750 that is), will it be able to handle Fallout New Vegas?

3.Are there any databases of mods out there or any guide as to what mods I should install? I am not looking for big conversion mods but more things like COBL, the unofficial patches and stuff, things that improve my game without radically changing the way it plays.

4.What about modding? Is there something like OBSE but for Fallout New Vegas? Any other mod tools I should be looking at?

and 5.Should I get and play Fallout 3 first or Fallout New Vegas first?
