...they said recently that they won't sell their products in Brasil anymore due to the excessive high taxes. So... for future products I wish to know which country has the lowest price on Nintendo's games.

Edit: forgot to mention they stopped Selling here.

I've heard that Russia is one of the cheapest but you have to watch for the location locked content.

I don't know, Nintendo is as expensive as other video games here. I would assume it's the same all over. Of course from my point of view, most other countries would be cheaper because of the value of the currency etc.
