...they said recently that they won't sell their products in Brasil anymore due to the excessive high taxes. So... for future products I wish to know which country has the lowest price on Nintendo's games.

Try ebay, I assume you have it in Brazil although I may of course be mistaken.

I've heard that Russia is one of the cheapest but you have to watch for the location locked content.

I don't know, Nintendo is as expensive as other video games here. I would assume it's the same all over. Of course from my point of view, most other countries would be cheaper because of the value of the currency etc.

The problem here is that our taxes triples the price of electronics. Don't ask me why.
