I lost my disc a while ago and bought a new xbox. I did a licence transfer and bought the digital copy for new Vegas. My hard drive had the DLCs but was freezing. So I deleted the DLCs and went to both xbox store and in game available downloadable content and neither shows the DLCs to 're download. Did you remove them? If so I want my money back for those.

Have you also tried searching for other games?
Today I noticed that almost no games are appearing correctly when searched for, especially DLC. This is some sort of glitch happening with Xbox and I'm sure they'll fix it soon.

Normally, all the New Vegas DLC is still available. Wait a few days and it should be fixed.

Also, no one owes you any money. There are no refunds on digital downloads, as your Xbox clearly tells you every time you download something.
