I was exploring the coast East of the College of Winterhold and noticed in a hollow log there was a book and helm. The book gave me the Heavy Armor stat upgrade but I can't seem to reach the helm. It looks to be an ebony helm with a fire resist spell. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and if so do you know how to get it? I've tried fire breath to blow it out but that's not working. It's NorthEast of BleakCoast cave about a 1/3 of the way to CoW. Right off the coast on a little island.

The book ws Chimarvamidium right? In that case, the helm (which is a piece of randomly generated loot) simply glitched/got stuck, so you'd need to use the tcl command, move through the log and pick it up.
