So this post may seem like a rant but I do have an honest question. Why is literally EVERYTHING that comes from Bethesda Game Studio so buggy? Seriously I didn't even witness the Morrowind fiasco but I was there with Oblivion. Patch after patch, game is still unstable as what, and the Construction Set was even buggier. Why is that? Why can't software from Bethesda a bit of stress?
With Skyrim and this supposedly better script language it is even worse. After ten patches the game less stable then before and I don't have anything positive to say about the Creation Kit either. Seriously how does Bethesda Game Studios design games with these tools? The Creation Kit can't be the tool they made the game with it always freezes. With every modding session I have, at least 3 Creation Kit freezes occur. Imagine how that must be like with an entire team. And it's not like I do over the top stuff. No I was just building a ruin, and I had to search for it again because I didn't give the region a name yet and while moving bam. Frozen. How can just loading stuff already be too much for it? Oh and then I'm not even talking about the bugs like large objects like mountains that keep disappearing.
It's like Todd Howard intentionally made the Creation Kit this buggy so nobody can make better stuff then Bethesda's DLC and his ego is safe from harm, seriously. Bethesda Game Studios software is messed up. It's just messed up. This needs to stop seriously. If they keep going like this, adding layers of code and code on top of their already buggy stuff what will the future give? I mean if [censored] keeps going like this you can't even place an object in Fallout 4's or TES:VI's editor without it freezing because of some [censored]. Well at least Todd Howards ego will be safe from harm then.
