Slow Loading Times between everything : V

hello all

I used to be a bit active on the new vegas forum but am new completely new to the skyrim forums..

Well I couldnt get into the game for ages after playing Dark Souls (another fantasy mele based rpg) for some reason I am completely fascinated by skyrim especially with a few mods installed. The trouble is that I cant get the mods to work correctly and I figured its finally time to ask for help. Anyways,

My basic problems are two one is pretty long load times between every thing (loading, doors, fasttravel etc etc) and two ctds again at loadtimes of anytimes and sometimes just random (I have done a fresh install for all mods and

started a new save so it might just just go away) Is there something I can do that might help with both of these issues any help would be nice?
