Is it problematic to load an ESM after an ESP?

It doesnt even work because the engine priortize esm's over esp's and loads them first even if you changed the loadorder differently.

Nethertheless esm's should be sorted before esp's. There is a reason why they are called masterfiles.

Yes you have to take your time and get your loadorder sorted out. No way around it.
