In my new game i have this 1 item stolen, but the thing is i haven't stolen anything at all. I coudn't even find the item if i had it actually and i didn't find anything marked as stolen. Also i have 0 bounty. Any ideas why i have 1 item stolen? Is it a bug or something?

You may have picked something up and then dropped it without noticing the red hand. Easy to do if you click Take All. It′s also easy to forget that you took something from say a table by mistake and then put it back again.
