I'm looking to make a room in an exterior. Is there a special way to do this, different from an interior?

Could you direct me to the appropriate tutorial, or a good example in an esm?

I don't remember if FNV had this option, but I know Skyrim does.

When you create an interior cell, under the lighting tab, there may be a checkbox for making the lighting that of an exterior world, just without any terrain. Ive not cracked open either editors in over a year at least, so some salt may be necessary.
