Funny Character Build (Magic and Unarmed)

I wanted to make another conjuration-based build that uses all the summons and raising dead spells. Wanted to make something that really took advantage of Ahzidal armor enchantments, because they are so unique. I've been thinking a while about what other skills would complement this and trying to save perks and came up with this:

Khajiit summoner wearing heavy armor (Ahzidal's armor) whose ranged attacks are runes (fire, frost, shock, ash and poison) and close-quarters fighting with fists. For added defense a flesh spell or ward would be used if needed. Around 35 perks (and heavy armor probably won't be taken that far)

What say you?

I'm currently building an Orc character and have plans to use some of Ahzidal's armour. I've never used it before so I'm interested in seeing how it performs.

Extra cost on runes seems bad, but for the sneaky, illusion-wielding, rune-casting build I'm playing the extra range could be well worth it.

I plan to start using wards soon too, so the gauntlets are an option and should especially help shorten dragon fights. The problem with the set is that there's no spell cost reduction (unless you grind enchanting for a necklace), and it's heavy armour, so it doesn't suit your typical mage.

And does the ring of necromancy actually work? Even if it does work, it seems kinda crap. Like if I raised a zombie I'd expect it to do at least 50 points of damage (the damage the explosion does), plus the benefit of being a meat shield for me.

I've never liked the necromancy ring...I got more use out of his blasty ring!
