How do I get NPC Face Textures and Face Meshes?

Hi.

It seems that CNTL+F4 doesn't export anything. How do I get the face texture and face mesh for NPCs?

I don't think that FO3 exports face meshes. There are some baked head textures, though I'm not sure if Ctrl-F4 is what exports them.

CTRL+F4 does nothing. Is it possible to make custom heads for NPCs in Fallout3 or Fallout3NV?
