I need help, i finished The Battle for Fort Hraggstad and im at the last part of "Liberation of Skyrim" quest, where i need to liberate Solitude in Stromcloaks campaign. I went over to Galmar at Haafingar Stormcloak camp to report, but there was no "Reporting in" dialogue. But still he told me to gather with others at Solitude gates and recive orders from Ulfric. I went there and found Ulfric and 11 Stromcloak soldiers. He held the speach, my it said i completed "Get orders from Ulfric" objective and we entered Solitude, Galmar still stayed at the camp with quest marker on him for "Liberation of Skyrim" quest that i left active, even though i talked to him already.

[Important part]
When i entered Solitude, both Ulfric and Galmar didnt show up (Galmar is still at the camp during battle) and next objective called "Force General Tullius to surrender" didnt appear, im stuck in endless spawning of Imperial soldiers around me witout both Ulfric and Galmar.

Please help.

Tried it many times, it doesnt work. Waiting and fast traveling anywhere-then-back doesnt help either.

Go into castle dour. See if Ulfric Stormcloak and Galmar Stone-Lung follow you in.

Specifically for the step you are on:

After completing The Battle for Fort Hraggstad, return to Galmar at the camp for further orders, he will simply tell you that the Stormcloaks are taking the capital, and tell you to meet the brothers staging for the final attack. The http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Battle_for_Solitude will initiate.

After the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Battle_for_Solitude, Ulfric will give you a leveled sword (even if you didn't kill http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:General_Tullius) and then ask you to stand at his side while he gives a speech to the men. Whether or not you accept, he will ask you to at least walk out with him. If you decide not to participate in the speech, Ulfric will go directly to thanking the soldiers.

In the speech Ulfric will mention you, then go on to thanking the soldiers for all that they have done. He will then declare that he cannot accept the title of high king, until the moot declares him such. A soldier will then yell "what about Jarl http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Elisif_the_Fair?" Ulfric will then ask her if she will forsake the Empire and swear loyalty to him. Elisif agrees, and Ulfric announces that she will remain Jarl of Solitude. After the speech Ulfric will turn to Galmar and ask how he did, and after some talking Ulfric will thank you and leave with Galmar.

I've placed all of the links above simply because the quest chain tends to bug at different points and I would suggest reading each of the Bugs sections since re-loading didn't seem to fix your problem. You may have to reload from an even earlier stage. It's rough when you hit a glitch hope you can get it to move forward!

Ulfric walks into the door, but doesnt get inside Solitude, just dissapears.
Galmar never leaves the camp... He is constantly there in the tent. But i havent tried entering the castle, ill try, i dont think anything will hapen since the next objective doesnt appear.

I havent found anything, im stuck after the first paragraph where we enter Solitude. Thats when glitch happens.

Hmmm you've probably done this, but just gonna check...did you confront Tullius yourself to get him to surrender, regardless as to whether Ulfric or Galmar are present?

Nevermind, i just used god mode and collision turned off to get to castle Dour. And even witout objectives "Force General Tullius to surrender" and "Execute General Tullius" didnt appear or mark as completed, Galmar and Ulfric were there when i entered and we killed him, just as you said would happen.
