I find that alchemy and smithing level up way to fast and wanted to know how to make it slow down a bit?

I looked in actor values and am not sure what setting to change, do i make these higher or lower?

I figgured I would change "Skill Use Mult" but that doesn't seem to work...

Propably the easiest method is to use the uncapper. It has all the necessary adjustments available in the ini-file.
