The Elder Scrolls - Anthology

Post » Sun Feb 01, 2015 2:21 pm

So... I decided to buy the Anthology today for 40 dollars while at Target. It was the only copy left and I kinda just wanted it badly, ha. (Installing Skyrim currently right now). I already have Daggerfall and Morrowind installed on my PC so I kinda got this mostly for Oblivion and Skyrim (Arena was free) but also to have the maps and physical discs... I do love this purchase a lot.

So was wondering... Anybody else ended up getting the Anthology? If so, what ye' think of it?

I wanted it for the maps, admittedly. Granted, it was a gift, so I didn't really spend a nickle on it. Really, the only thing I wish was that the paper was of a higher quality, but I can dig it.

Really though, I can't say much else beyond the box being cool. I owned most of the games anyway. Really wish they threw in Battlespire and Redguard with it though, that would've made me really happy.

I don't plan to buy it. I already own between two and six copies of the three games I want (Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim) so I have no interest in buying the set.

It's interesting, but I already have all the games, including Arena and Daggerfall. No need to buy it again. :)

I bought it for the maps. Fairly satisfied.

I bought it because it's nice to own the games, instead of steam-sharing from my best friends. :P

it's pretty great, the maps weren't in the best shape when I bought it which was a shame but I can't complain. I wish I didn't have to have the disc in to play Morrowind and Oblivion though.
