What are the mods in current use?

I imagine the 4GB Patch is still useful. And I'm going to try More Heap out, hoping for the best. But that's my shortlist for now. Suggestions are appreciated.

I suggest you use http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/23208 instead as it include the features from More Heap and do much more than that.
