OP Weapons

I was messing around the other day and wanted to see how powerful a two-handed sword I could make for my high level Nord warrior. He has 100 in smithing, enchanting, alchemy, and two-handed with all the perks in those skills. (I do use mods for left hand rings and ear rings.)

I started out and made some fortify enchanting potions, then used the potions to make enchanted fortify alchemy apparel. I went to my alchemy table and made some more fortify enchanting(FE) potions even stronger along with fortify smithing(FS). I used the more powerful FE potions to make some FS apparel and fortify two-handed apparel. I go make a dragonbone longsword then improve it with the FS apparel and potions equipped. I put on my fortify two-handed apparel and check the stats. I now have a long sword that does 1047 damage. Even on legendary difficulty it was way OP. I think it had a value of over 20k septims. I hung it the wall after having some fun with it.

What were some of the most damage inducing weapons you have made without the restoration glitch?

Restoration glitch? You already admit you use mods to cheat the game (as designed) so why concern yourself with glitches?

Anyway, I made an Iron Dagger once. Some blacksmith asked me to make it for him. I didn't realize how powerful it was until I poked a giant rat thing right in the eye with it. Thing screamed like a ... well like a rat. More like a squeak maybe... Anyway with just two more hits it was dead. I looted the body and got a tail. Good times. Oddly enough the rat's body still had a tail on it though. Totally broke my fourth wall.
