Is there a way to clear/remove a stolen tag off an item in your inventory via papyrus?

I tried RemoveAllItems (both the Papyrus and Console Command versions) to a container that belongs to me and with the abKeepOwnership parameter set to False.

They failed to clear the stolen tag off items.
