This is sort of a revival of a long gone thread where I considered doing this but did not have the time. I have considerably more free time now and would like to attempt to do this again.
To make a mod out of this game for the Fallout Series, it will require a complete overhaul of all aspects of the game (countries, populations, technology, etc.). Due to just how complex this is, I've decided to start with the easy stuff that I can do now while learning the harder stuff (like modding the technologies and the look of the game).
The mod will have multiple start dates either at or near the beginning of when a game starts (2160, 2197, 2241, 2277, 2281) with the game ending in 2340.

To any who know this game and could offer help, that would be great but right now I'm really just looking for ideas on what to do with all parts of the map not yet known (including the whole world outside of the US). I would really appreciate it if everybody listed their culture and country ideas for the rest of the world.
Bare in mind that I may or may not add these cultures in and the most advanced any can be is to be on par with Brotherhood of Steel technology (I decided to make that the maximum because a nation of hundreds of thousands to millions of people with that level of technology would be a superpower no matter what). Also, if I do include your idea, I would need to have an idea of what it would be like at each start date (does not have to be different each time if it makes sense).

Q: What is a tag?
A: A tag is a three letter code that the computer uses to identify a country. You could make it any three letters you want but it makes much more sense to make it something that closely resembles whatever the country is called. The only rule regarding tags is that no other country can already have that tag.
