What are some good male and female body replacers along with character over hauls?

For female bodies, it depends on what you want.

Muscular?

Watermelons?

Bouncy watermelons?

Anime-type?

For men I reccomend Robert's Male body replacer.

HGEC is probably the most popular female body replacer. Lots of texture sets made for it, lots of modded armors/clothes made for it and EVE HGEC gives support for lots of mods. Not allowed to link to mods that might have pictures with pixelated nudity, but just search for HGEC on Nexus.

For a character overhaul, check out Oblivion Character Overhaul version 2 by nuska.

Character Overhaul V2 is certainly the best face overhaul mod around.
