Over the years I have watched people beg for Descent 4 and I have seen people try to make it and fail or be put down by gamesas.

I saw people's hope rise when gamesas started to make progress toward returning, like the prodigal son, but then they didn't really do much did in striving for the future of the game.

I have been watching a company over the last couple years making consistent but precise progress and I feel its the Descent 4 we have been waiting for.

Why bother waiting for Descent 4 anymore? The people with the money and the desire are snuffed out by gamesas every time they start but gamesas does not do anything with the game.

At the point I have no desire to see the Descent franchise continue because it will serve to do nothing but disappoint. All the anticipation, the hopes, the dreams, everyone has a different vision and it has been so long that there is no way anyone will be satisfied by it. Its time for a new 6DoF franchise that will rekindle the nature of competition and create a new community.

Honestly, I'm not sure how it is that everyone has overlooked this awesome project!
