Greetings,

Going nuts trying to get a patrol of orcs to attck the player if th eplayer is not part of the orcfriend faction. But frget teh requirement for now. I cannot get the ai packages to attack him is he is just nearby.

I have:

and that one works fine.

whne the player is less than 3000 units away the patrol man stops.

the next package kicks in but there is no attack or actions:

has no conditions, for testing.

I have never been able to get any npc to attack from a ai package.

The encounter above is dynamic, I cannot use xmarkers, etc. the patrol will bump on the palyer in the roads.

I really do not want to use a quest event. trying to do this with just packages....

please help....

Make sure the orcs are Aggressive and only don't fight those of their faction.
