Bethesda at E3

Post » Wed Feb 11, 2015 9:04 am

It's still a good four months off, but http://www.ign.com/articles/2015/02/10/bethesda-hosting-its-first-ever-e3-conference-in-2015?abthid=54da23f47ffdda8c1900000d was interesting. I'd actually be shocked if we don't know what they are working on by that time.

I just saw this. Well at least I have more than nothing to assume they will announce Fallout 4 at E3 this year. Maybe even some more announcements as well such as Dishonored 2 and DDOM 4.

It used to be easy back when they only published a couple of games to predict what if could be. Now, there are many IPs that could be putting out a game that they publish.

Hoping for FO4 myself. Although a Dishonored franchise might be cool too.

Just saw this thread after i made one over in CD. Shouldn't it be there since it covers Beth as a whole and not one franchise?

Anyway, I'm really hoping for TES VI, although i think FO4 is all but confirmed now.

Here comes the sedulous FO4 rumors.

I'm incredulous to how people can buy into the incessant rumors and speculation, I live in hope but I'm expecting nothing and won't be placing one modicum of expectancy on a fallout 4 announcement.

FO4 is anything but confirmed, hope is not a confirmation this point has been accentuated throughout this fatuous fallout 4 saga.

I'd be shocked if they hold their own conference for the first time and don't announce a new TES or FO. I'm also expecting to see Dishonored 2, but they definitely have something big planned. They're really hyping it up on Twitter right now.

Pretty much this.

People need to get off the hype train fast, because its headed for a major derailment.

While there is no certainty as to what Bethesda plans, I find it hard to believe that they could think a conference about anything else would be a good idea unless they rule out Fallout as the subject matter immediately to keep the hype from getting out of hand. The conference being announced four months early will cause a lot of hype by itself, and the attendees will be expecting something Fallout if the idea isn't squelched early. If people expect Fallout and get something else, riots (or at least bad press) could ensue.

I can see your point, but it's expectancy that should be tempered.Live in hope but nobody should delude themselves with it.

Well it is literaly their own conference, not connected to microsoft or sony... so it's gotta be something huge. This is probably it.

How the text on the pic is written it pretty much implies that BGS is showing off what they are working on. What it is? No hint. So best to keep the hype train in the station.
