There's a mod called Solstheim Seaside Cabin. It's a simple house mod that I absolutely adore.
Only problem is, it has a dock with no ship.
I would like there to be a fairly average sized ship set on the dock, with its own captain that can travel between Raven Rock, and Fort Frostmoth and back again.
Plenty of crates in the hold, make it look like lots of cargo is being carried.
Maybe 2 or 3 NPC's within the ship as well.
