Neil is glitched at the rendevous, i hack the robot for tabitha to come out and give me nothing. So i figured i need the key for the ghouls prison. She doesnt have it on her corpse. It isnt in the office and neil is still glitched at the rendezvous, the quest didnt fail or complete by killing tab or the robot... wtf is going on?
